STEP 02
Curated Matching
Upon mutual alignment and payment of the $300 non-refundable engagement fee, we officially activate your tailored search. Because we intentionally restrict our active client list to guarantee an exceptional advisory experience, acceptance into this search phase is subject to our current monthly capacity. We cross-reference your household profile against our unlisted talent network to source elite career candidates. Our standard matching process includes comprehensive identity verification, alias checks, national criminal background reviews, global watchlist checks, driving record audits, sex offender registry traces, reference deep-dives, work eligibility confirmation, and active CPR certification verifications. A 10-panel drug test can also be executed upon request. We coordinate discrete, private interviews and facilitate a structured working trial day in your home, allowing your family to establish natural rapport and confidently evaluate candidate compatibility.

 

STEP 03
Hire & Support
Once an official match is finalized, the household and the candidate enter into a direct employment relationship. We provide full administrative support with your family-caregiver contract drafting, domestic payroll setup, and tax compliance resources to ensure your estate remains fully protected. True synergy inside a private home unfolds over time, which is why every permanent placement includes a comprehensive two-month replacement guarantee. If either the family or the candidate terminates the employment agreement within the first two months of the start date, our agency initiates a priority search to secure a qualified replacement at no additional placement fee, subject to the parameters outlined in your Family Service Contract.

Client families assume full responsibility for candidate wages, domestic payroll taxes, benefits, direct scheduling, daily supervision, and absolute compliance with all local and federal employment laws.
