Frequently Asked

What is the typical placement timeline?

The search process typically takes 2 to 4 weeks. This allows us to find and thoroughly vet candidates who specifically match your family's unique requirements and values. We won't compromise quantity for quality; we want to find your perfect nanny.

How do you vet your candidates?

Nationwide Criminal Background Check, Global Watchlist Check, Social Security Verification, Alias Check, Driving Record Review, and a Sex offender Registry Check. If requested, a 10-panel drug screen administered through LabCorp is available.

What qualifications do nannies need?

We require at least seven (7) years of professional work experience, valid work authorization, CPR/First Aid Certification, and a clear driving record.  All permanent placement nannies are over 28 years of age.

Is there a placement guarantee?

Yes, we offer a 60-day replacement guarantee. If a placement does not work out within the first two months, we will conduct a new search for your family at no additional cost. Even after day 61, if things don't work out, we have a reduced Placement Fee.
