Pricing:
Our clear fee structure reflects the unparalleled efficiency and value we offer. Through rigorous vetting, we provide only elite nanny candidates.
Caregiver Pay:
Hourly pay for premium live-out nannies typically ranges from $27–$36 plus taxes, depending on location and your specific needs. Dedicated rotational nannies command $100K–$130K annually. To attract the highest caliber of care, standard benefit packages include stable schedules, and paid time off. These provisions secure the long-term loyalty and excellence your family deserves.
Search Fee:
After our initial consultation, should you wish to hire us to begin our curated search for your placement, a $400 engagement fee is requested. This ensures our premium resources are devoted to finding your family’s perfect match.
Placement Fee:
12% For: Permanent Placements, Family Assistants, or Rotational Nannies
20% For: Residential Live-in or Exclusive Short-term Engagements.
Temporary Nanny Rate:
Rates begin at $32 an hour with no engagement or added placement fees. Our team is ready to help whenever you need childcare, whether for just a few hours, a full weekend, or a last-minute emergency. We offer flexible options for events and overnight stays. Nannies are also available for same day service, though extra fees may apply.
Please note there is a 4-hour minimum for all temporary bookings.
