Navigating our permanent nanny placement process is simple and fully guided. First, we learn about your family, schedule, and parenting style. Next, we present carefully vetted nannies who match your needs and values. You’ll interview your top choices, request trials if desired, and select your preferred nanny. Once you pick your perfect nanny we remain available for ongoing support throughout the placement.

How It Works:

Step 1: Discovery Consultation - Tell Us About Your Family
 

We host an in-depth session to learn about your household dynamics, specific expectations, and the ideal qualities you seek in a nanny for your family. Details about your schedule, childcare needs, location, and household preferences. This allows us to understand the type of nanny that will best fit your family. This can be in-person or via a phone call. 

Step 2: Personalized Matching, Presentation and Screening
 

We review our available candidates and identify nannies whose experience, availability, and approach align with your needs. We coordinate private interviews and a trial day, giving you the chance to establish a natural rapport and evaluate compatibility within your home environment. 

We offer identity verification, background checks, driving records, reference checks, work eligibility, CPR certification and drug testing if required. For permanent placements there is a $400 non-refundable deposit due at the start of your nanny search/after your consultation should you decide to instruct us. Step 3: Placement & Ongoing Support
 

Once a match is accepted, the family and nanny enter into a direct employment relationship. Park Cities Nanny Agency remains available for support during the placement period, as outlined in our Family Service Contract. There is a 60-day replacement guarantee. If your nanny does not work out within the first 60 days, we will find a replacement.

 

What Families Are Responsible For: 
 

Park Cities Nanny Agency acts solely as a referral and placement agency and is not the employer of the permanently placed nanny. Families are responsible for wages, payroll taxes, benefits, schedules, supervision, and compliance with all employment laws. However, we will provide all steps and resources to help set your family up for success and make it simple.
