Our founder, Victoria, was born and raised in England. When her children were young, she struggled to find reliable, trustworthy childcare. Many agencies felt more like a "nanny factory" - a conveyor belt of candidates, prioritizing quantity over quality. Park Cities Nanny Agency was born out of that experience: Victoria wanted to create the personal, high-touch nanny service she never found. 

 

Every candidate is interviewed in person by Victoria herself. They are screened before ever being presented to you as a possibility.

We work on the principle that if we wouldn't allow a caregiver into our home to care for our own children, then we certainly wouldn't submit them as a potential candidate to you and your family.

We don't offer family memberships or other gimmicks to lock clients into using us. We want our clients to hire our nannies and return to us because of our service and not because of a yearly membership fee. We are a traditional nanny placement agency that prioritizes quality and safety above all else.
