Frequently Asked Questions

What is the typical placement timeline?

The search process typically takes 4 to 12 weeks. This allows us to find and thoroughly vet candidates who specifically match your family's unique requirements and values. We won't rush; we want to pick your perfect nanny

How do you vet your candidates?

Our rigorous screening includes multiple interviews, a minimum of three professional childcare references, nationwide criminal background checks, motor vehicle records, and identity verification. Drug panel testing is also available should a family request for an additional fee.

What qualifications do nannies need?

We require at least 3 years of professional experience, valid work authorization, CPR/First Aid certification, and a clear driving record. Many of our nannies also hold early childhood education degrees. All permanent placement nannies are aged 21 and up.

Is there a placement guarantee?

Yes, we offer a 60-day replacement guarantee. If a placement does not work out within the first two months, we will conduct a new search for your family at no additional cost. This guarantee can be extended for up to 120 days for an additional fee of $700
