Nanny Requirements
To begin your journey with our agency, we look for dedicated professionals who meet the following standards:
Fluent in English (speaking, reading, and writing) to ensure clear communication with families•
At least 21 years old for permanent roles; 18 years old for temporary placements•
Legally authorized to work in the United States with a high school diploma or GED•
Extensive childcare experience: 3+ years (with 1 year in-home) all backed by stellar references•
A valid driver’s license, reliable personal vehicle, and current auto insurance•
A clean criminal background history (no misdemeanors or felonies)•
Current CPR and First Aid certification prior to your start date•
Confident swimming skills sufficient to ensure child safety around water.

Upon approval, we match you with curated family profiles and facilitate professional meetings to find your ideal placement. If you and the family are in agreement, a paid trial period is often utilized at this stage.
