To begin your journey with our agency, we look for dedicated professionals who meet the following standards:
Fluent in English (speaking, reading, and writing) to ensure clear communication with families
At least 21 years old for permanent roles; 18 years old for temporary placements
Legally authorized to work in the United States with a high school diploma or GED
Extensive childcare experience: 3+ years (with 1 year in-home) all supported by stellar references
A valid driver’s license, reliable personal vehicle, and current auto insurance
No criminal convictions involving violence, theft, dishonesty, or offenses against children
Current CPR and First Aid certification prior to your start date
Confident swimming skills sufficient to ensure child safety around water
